Best Gaming Keyboard for VALORANT in 2026, What 412 Tracked Pro Players Actually Use

Choosing a keyboard for VALORANT is not about RGB or marketing, it is about what pros actually play on when every strafe and counter strafe matters. We analysed the gear of 412 tracked VALORANT pros and ranked keyboards purely by how many pros use them. No paid placements, no review scores masking the truth. Just real adoption numbers.

How we ranked these keyboards

For each keyboard we counted how many tracked VALORANT pros list it (or a colour or edition variant of it) as their main. Variants roll up into the base model, so the Wooting 60HE Frost and Ghost editions count together and the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL 8KHz counts with the base TKL. The result is a true what the pros use ranking, not a forum poll. Numbers below were counted from the tracked roster on 18 September 2026, the live VALORANT rankings at /game/valorant/ update as rosters change.

The 5 best VALORANT keyboards right now

1. Wooting 60HE v2

The most used keyboard in VALORANT, period. 92 tracked pros play it, more than one in five of the entire 412 pro VALORANT roster. It is a 60 percent Hall effect board with Lekker v2 switches, 0.1mm Rapid Trigger and 8K polling, and it has become the default for max mouse space and instant stop. 60HE v2 specs at /product/wooting60hev2.

2. Wooting 60HE+

76 pros. The original 60HE that started the Hall effect wave. Still used by 76 VALORANT pros, 60 percent layout, Lekker switches and Rapid Trigger. Usually the cheapest way into a top 2 pro keyboard. 60HE Plus specs at /product/wooting60he.

3. Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL

60 pros. The analog optical leader in VALORANT. Razer's TKL with Gen 3 optical switches, adjustable 0.1 to 4.0mm actuation and Rapid Trigger like features, plus 8K polling. Great if you want a TKL with wrist rest and function row. Huntsman V3 Pro TKL specs at /product/huntsmanv3protkl.

4. Wooting 80HE

38 pros. The TKL king from CS2 that also shows up strong in VALORANT. Wooting 80HE with Lekker switches, Rapid Trigger and 8K polling, function row and arrow keys for players who do not want 60 percent. 80HE specs at /product/wooting80he.

5. Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini

27 pros. The 60 percent analog optical option. Razer's compact board with Gen 3 optical switches and adjustable actuation, for players who want Razer ecosystem but 60 percent space. Huntsman V3 Pro Mini specs at /product/huntsmanv3promini.

Which one should you buy for VALORANT?

• 60 percent for max mouse space, Wooting 60HE v2 or Wooting 60HE+
• TKL with function row and best software, Wooting 80HE
• Analog optical with wrist rest, Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL or Mini at /product/huntsmanv3promini/
• Logitech ecosystem alternative, Logitech G Pro X TKL RAPID at /product/gproxtklrapid/ or ASUS ROG Falchion Ace 75 HE at /product/falchion75he/
• Safe, proven default, Wooting 60HE v2, 92 pros cannot be wrong

Switch type matters more than brand once you are over 1000 Hz. Hall effect and analog optical both give you Rapid Trigger, which is why 4 of the top 5 VALORANT keyboards are Hall effect or analog. In VALORANT, counter strafing is everything, Rapid Trigger deregisters the key the moment you start lifting, which is what makes your stop cleaner. If you can, match the form factor you already use, TKL versus 60 percent, before worrying about actuation. You can also browse all keyboards at /database/keyboard/ or compare any two to see exact switches, actuation and pro adoption side by side.
